It was great in the beginning. Lots of motivation for growth, and hiring within and promoting self growth.

Cons

Once it changed hands, I took the chances of staying through the changes and learning through it. But the whole culture was upside down. Heard it has changed hands once more since I left, so Godspeed

It’s the perfect place for eager learners. The management is professional and emphasizes employees’ comfort. The supportive work environment encourages continuous learning with ample opportunities. The management favors flexible settings, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. The office has a small gym, brew coffee machine, Nintendo to play with, and other perks.

Cons

Benefits are reasonable but no 401K match.

You'll get field experience quickly

Cons

The job is a nonstop hustle focused entirely on upselling rather than proper HVAC service. You're pushed to hit aggressive sales targets, even when it compromises the customer's best interest. Schedules are chaotic, last-minute shifts are constant, and there's zero regard for work-life balance. You're not respected as a technician—you're treated like a mobile salesperson—and management will gladly throw you under the bus to meet their monthly numbers. Morale is in the gutter, and no one in leadership seems to care.
