Pros

The sales leadership team here is genuinely different. There is real investment in your development as a seller, not just your quota number. Managers actually know your deals, coach you through them, and hold you accountable in a way that makes you better. The mission matters, the market is real, and you can feel the momentum. Compensation is competitive, the methodology is rigorous, and there is a clear path to grow into leadership if you put in the work. High performers are recognized and rewarded. You are surrounded by people who take the craft of selling seriously.

Cons

This is a high-growth environment, which means things move fast and processes are still maturing. If you need a fully defined playbook on day one, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, especially in newer segments. The sales cycles are long and complex, so if you need quick wins to stay motivated, you have to be intentional about celebrating progress milestones along the way.

Pros

Strong collaboration across teams people are approachable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. Transparent communication from execs goals, priorities, and challenges are shared openly. Good balance of structure and autonomy; you’re trusted to own your work while still having support when needed. Exciting stage of growth lots of opportunities to make an impact and take on new challenges.

Cons

Things move quickly, so priorities can shift fast. It’s not the best fit if you prefer highly defined processes or slow-paced environments.

Pros

Peregrine has an overall good company culture across groups. Good opportunities to take high ownership for strong performers. Strongly collaborative culture that makes for an engaging intellectual environment.

Cons

Several members of the Deployment Strategy team, specifically those in the New York office with 3+ years tenure at Peregrine, regularly display rather toxic workplace behavior, such as by making inappropriate and unprofessional “jokes” at the expense of other colleagues in public Slack channels. This behavior seems targeted at new joiners and has yet to be addressed by leadership.
