      - Flexible working model - High level of trust and autonomy - Ability to make an impact - Diverse and talented team - Focus on integrity - Emphasis on employee feedback - Room to experiment and learn - Responsible hiring and financial planning

      Cons

      - If you need an environment with clear structure and defined processes where you just execute, this isn't the right fit. You need to feel comfortable with change. We're constantly questioning, testing, iterating and learning. It's quite organized for a startup, but it's not for everyone. - We're a lean organization so this can mean we pitch in to support one another if necessary. It requires flexibility and a mentality that we're all in this together in order to drive success.

      Pros

      -The company has a great mission that goes beyond the usual "Exponential Growth" statement most start ups take. -Culture is important and you can see it on every decision that gets made. -Life-Work balance is actually possible here -As an employee at every level you'll have access to crucial data to give you an insight on how the company is doing (In most places you'll have to fight management to the death for this info) -Multi-Cultural team with knowledgable individuals

      Cons

      -Growing pains of a company with global customer footprint -The multi-cultural aspect, can sometimes be a detriment when decisions need to be made and things need to happen.
