We're truly a family from all over the world. The team is diverse and smart. The environment is collaborative - we genuinely want each other and the company to succeed. The structure is very flat, so everyone's opinion and input is valued. Management is also trusting, so you're given a lot of autonomy and ownership over your work. We work hard, but there is a tremendous respect for boundaries and having a balance. Everyone is expected to take their vacation and not work on weekends. Doing the right thing is also one of the values. It's important to build a sustainable business instead of making shortsighted decisions that only provide immediate benefit. It's refreshing to work for a company with a heart and conscience.
