Some people within the company have understood that some first level manager try to make everything going better for employees but global management is base on "put the pressure to obtain what we finally want"
Cons
CEO lead the sales but HR lead the management and use very old European methods. And never try to find new management strategies. They just live with basic rules created by a guy who finally decided to create his own business and who is now a serious competitor.
Hard to discuss and make things change if your not a member very close to the CEO or HR.
Decisions are taken "on the fly" and it's more like "go and let's see" even if some people in the 1st level management ask to be careful.
