Pros
Depending on Manager Percussion could be very good at recognising individual contribution and provide career growth. Team bonding used to be very strong (see downsides) and there are still remnants of strong contribution and team working across international offices. The people who work for Percussion are definitely their strongest asset.
Cons
It used to be an excellent place to work - great team working environment and a strong bond of almost family in employees. However they lost their way around 2006 with an ageing product and lack of direction from the management team. Within the space of 18 months a significant proportion of their excellent and loyal employees had moved on to other parts of the industry.
