      - We are making headway with our primary customers and seem to be headed in the right direction - Interesting problems to solve - Supportive leadership team that cares in earnest - The company has recently addressed gaps in HR and security

      Cons

      - Success has been harder won than originally thought, so if you're invested in the success of the firm patience is required

      Pros

      - people are pretty nice and there's a lot of senior devs that are very technical floating around - free lunch, very tasty - extremely high quality slack emoji

      Cons

      - i just want to read the glassdoor reviews on my own company - all the free snacks are healthy snacks like nuts and whatever
