- high performing engineering team - good culture - work life balance is achievable - great product to work on, sense of purpose - good technical leadership - work from home during pandemic
Cons
- lots of switching from lead to lead, high switching costs, some code left partially unfinished as a result - constantly trying to find customer interest - town halls are good to have company meetings but often have provied information inconsistent with what can be observed, and False sense of hope in regards to business development and growth - company has a clear vision and missoin statement but contracts are unclear - supporting sales opportunities is a constant “emergency” one after the other - tension amongst leaderhsip in whether or not we should go in to work during pandemic
