Do you want to be appreciated as a valuable member of the team?
These are all things that I have had for the last ~8 years. I came to Perceptronics from a large, institutionalized development firm and have grown with the company taking on various roles from development to management.
The company has quadrupled in size since I started and there is lots of opportunity to grow and take on new roles and positions for those willing to do so.
Cons
Do you want to slack off and not meet deadlines?
Do you want to work in an institution insulated from the vagaries of the business and be just another cog in the machine and silo'd into a single role?
Do you want to take breaks and play games at a fooz ball table while you do?
Do you want a custom chef that will cater to your every dietary whim?
Perceptronics has none of these things.
