      Pros

      Perception is a great example of a small group of people focusing on a single problem and building a great product. Everyone is treated with respect. Very collaborative culture.

      Cons

      They watch their spending pretty well, no over the top perks. The office was in a dodgy location in Austin but I understand they have moved recently.

      Pros

      Working here has been one of the best experiences I could have asked for to start my career with. The people here are incredibly kind and supportive. You truly feel like everyone works as a team towards a common goal. They were extremely flexible with my work/school schedule and any emergencies that came up. If you're looking for an environment to help you grow as a person, this is the place.

      Cons

      There really are none? Traffic gets bad sometimes I guess.
