Very bad experience - Senior Executive Percept Employee Review

Terrible outdated HR policies, Salaries are 2 months late, Management is busy ignoring employee complaints and say they have no money to pay employee salaries. Increments are announced after 1 years. And then employees told no increments after waiting one year. If you belong to the small favourite gang then growth is very fast here....otherwise you will be destroyed and be thrown out like my bad experience.
