Pros
They paid for parking at the temporary location that was supposed to last for maybe 3 months, not 10 months.
Cons
Pays less as the prime contractor holder than what their subcontractors offer for the position. Advised that pay is confidential which it is not, it is a protected action for federal ctr to discuss pay. Does not care about it's employees, at least at this level. Agent turnover in incredibly high, we shouldn't all talk about a position like a sinking ship. Upper tier Leadership asks for help from senior desk agents under them.
