Pros

Their PR team works their tails off to keep the company rating above a 3

Cons

When Peraton broke away from Harris it pulled over all of the government contracts. You would never know this since they also pulled over every management and HR person who has no idea what it is we do. If you're look for a crew position stay far away from this company, they have no idea what it is and they bend you over when it comes to paying you for hours all of the other companies have no problems doing. They destroyed their benefits package to make themselves look cheaper to pick up more contracts, but trust me they'll never be able to fill the billets and the customer will soon figure that out. If you listen to anything I say it's to stay far away from this self serving cesspool that only cares about paying the "big wigs" they bring in, rank and file better be happy with scraps and no overtime/holiday pay. Also better hope you don't get sick or have regular Dr's appointments because it will cost you your family vacation.

Pros

Able to do the work and not feel micromanaged but support abailable when needed.

Cons

Since my role was a pay per project style position it was challenging when there was an inconsistent workload.

Pros

Work from home, create own schedule, TDYs (when we had them)

Cons

Everything. Poor pay, micromanagement, always expected to produce more than what is required, bosses dont listen to concerns about lack of pay, cleared on several contracts with no additional compensation. Deadlines have been cut short from when I first started. Metrics are a joke. Unless you are working at 150% every month you will be hounded by management. CEO brags in meetings about how much profit the the company makes but the company had the nerve to give me a raise that was less than 50 cents. The company preaches about transparency but its all smoke and mirrors. They'll tell us about contracts one but not contracts lost (or why).
