      Great small but mighty team! Everyone truly wants each other and the company to succeed. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it is a start up so lots of change and very fast paced. Definitely requires a lot of drive and ability to go with the flow. Could be more organized

      Comp company that doesn't address employees comp. Still trying to find product-market fit. Indecisive leadership.
