I am currently working at PepSales as an HR Intern, and my experience so far has been very positive. The company has a supportive and collaborative work environment where interns get to learn a lot from the team. The HR department provides good exposure to different aspects of recruitment, operations, and employee engagement, which has helped me gain practical skills along with confidence. The seniors are approachable, always ready to guide, and value new ideas. The culture is friendly, and the work environment is motivating for freshers to start their careers. Overall, PepSales is a nice company to work with, especially for interns and entry-level professionals who want to learn and grow in HR and other functions.
