Fair company - Research Scientist PeproTech Employee Review

The best company I’ve ever worked for . I have been with PeproTech for 7 years now . There is always room for advancement . The benefit package is by far the best one I’ve had at any job combined . They truly care about the employees and making sure they are well taken care of. The workload can be heavy at times although having an awesome team helps make the day go by smoothly .

Excellent Health Benefits, Competitive Salaries, Profit-Sharing, Year-End Bonuses.... Comprehensive Benefit Packages. Peprotech is a wonderful company to work for. They truly care about their employees, and treat you like family. I cannot say this about any other company I've ever worked for. Your opinions and voice matter here, and often times lead to direct marketing implementations. The company culture rewards those who work, and puts a spotlight on 'deadweight'......unfortunately, all companies have poor performers, and these individuals are never happy when thrust into the light. Peprotech is a leading manufacturer in the market space they occupy, and the brand recognition helps every sales rep's day become that much more posititve. Management has a very hands off approach, and provides the leeway for you to find success through your own approach. This is VERY beneficial for self-starters and those who don't need/want their hands held through their employment.....

Sometimes, the wheels turns slow for internal change. The 'hands off' approach provides certain types of personalities with enough rope to hang themselves, if you can't handle yourself effectively.
