bad policies, no flexibility, directors are bad people are liars. they will say something in the morning and change their say in the evening. Very unpredictable. So many processes for small company. lala company. don't join. you will not get job anywhere after leaving from here. very good colleagues, but directors micromanage so no motivation to work.
