      Easy job if you pay attention. Friendly people.

      Cons

      New hires end up making more than you. Some employees do less work and get more pay. you only get a raise once a year which is about $.10 a hr but new hires will make $.50 more per hour than you with no experience.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Consistent hours. Account is manageable ADP login has good options.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with toxic management, extremely high stress, unqualified technicians messing up customers vehicles. Difficult to use your PTO or take time off. Can be extremely busy at times multiple shifts without a lunch break having to work past closing time. Also working shifts at time by yourself from open to close with no help.
