      Great benefits! Gain loads of experience! Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive! Lots of turnover! Low pay, little incentive to make money. Goals for total ticket pay are easy to reach but pay thereafter is nearly nonexistent. Upper management absolutely browbeats the mangers like slaves. Its horrible seeing a grown man grovel to that and get beat some more.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
