      Training training, training training training on campus off-campus so many opportunities to level up

      Gender inequality. Being a female and then male-dominated industry has its obstacles. They may promote gender, equality but harassment by customers, employees and management is still prevalent.

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
