      The pay is good at the management levels. There is some flexibility to get things done in a way you see fit.

      Cons

      The pay below the management levels makes it tough to recruit and retain quality employees. Hours of operation are longer than competitors.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
