      Great experience as far as customer service and learning how to help people figure out exactly what they are looking to purchase.

      Not much growth within the company and not a very stable place of work.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
