      Pay is competitive. Bonus potential is realistic.

      Cons

      Expect to work a lot of hours. Expectations of the management team are high. Grow sales, while maintaining daily reporting to field management. Not enough help to take care of customers and run the business successfully.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
