Pros
Semi Consistent Work, Wide Customer Base, Most of the Employees want to help the customer, Positive group of people to work with.
Cons
Too much corprate "planning" push downs, lack of communication through managment/workers, Having to "warranty" repairs by other Pepboys (stores that chose not to do any warranty repairs even if they did the orginial work). Corporate is requiring certain percentages of work (rather than fixing what is wrong, they are looking for specific repairs to be on tickets).
