      Dont have to be certified, or professional to work here.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement. Managers, area directors, corporate all have empty promises and lies. Everyone acts like your best friend but only to get dirt on you to have a reason not to move you up. Corporate, Human resources, managers, area directors, are all lazy, and unhappy with their jobs and make sure you arent either.
