      Pros

      Best benefit plan I have seen in a while. Laid back work environment as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get help/answers to problems. The new tech pay plan is going to KILL retention and recruiting of good people!!

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
