Its a job but very hostile workplace - Installer Pep Boys Employee Review

Commission sucks as a installer you will spend about 80% of the time cleaning up most of the time the other mechanics will not clean up there mess. So that means you are really getting minimum wage and that's it. You do not get paid the commission even if you work hard at cleaning. Since I'm the newest guy there I get blamed for every thing and get "chewed out" even though its not my fault for example the shop garage door got derailed the railings were already bad and they still blamed it on me.
