Bad team culture - Software Developer PeopleStreme Employee Review

Besides the team I worked for, everyone else were amazing and very supportive. I loved my coworkers in PeopleStreme, and our daily lunch discussions were very eventful. Monthly birthday cakes. Monthly Friday drinks and pizza. Casual environment and very laid back. The Sales Team are wonderful. Learned new programs. A growing company with a lot of potential for global growth and popularity.

My team ignored me during the end and eventually stopped giving me work to do. Left out of weekly team meetings and ignored. I eventually stopped feeling like part of the team, and was excluded entirely.

People can spend their entire career searching for a place to work that has amazing, talented, fun people to work with. The team at PeopleStreme make going to work each day an absolute pleasure. PeopleStreme also allowed me to work with a great product that offers so many benefits for their customers. Truly a product I could be proud of and be confident that I was working on something of great value. The opportunities for learning and growth are also definitely up for grabs at PS. The CEO, Lyle, is extremely generous with his time and will always offer words of encouragement, and share his wealth of experience with his colleagues. Lyle's advice and mentoring has continued to stay with me long past my time with PeopleStreme.

It is difficult to think of any cons. I wish I'd taken up more of the opportunities while they were available to me.
