      Pros

      Desire to drink and run away at the end of your shift.

      Cons

      They promote a new CEO who has no idea how to run a company so the first chance she gets to sell the company she does so. Of course, only under the agreement that she remains employed. They hire a felon to act as COO and all he does is suck funds from the company and put his vendor friends in roles that they are unqualified for.

      Pros

      Company is progressing in the right direction. The company has recently been updating their tech stack and improving code quality.

      Cons

      Some applications are using very old tech stacks. Migrating to newer workflows can be a pain to implement.
