There are some great people who work here. The collaboration between employees is awesome and everyone is willing to step in and help. DTO policy is nice if you actually can take time off Fully remote capable - PS was doing remote before it was the in thing
Cons
Reduction in Force - laid off with no notice and it's happened to long standing employees twice this year. People who had been with the company 10+ years and put in a lot of effort were tossed out with no severance Upper management doesn't value employees at all No work/life balance - long days and many weekends
