The flexibility of the job.

There is a lot of pressure on making numbers and having to deal with associates that get on boarded or your workers not showing up to jobsites that you have sold temps too.

This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

Cons

Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
