Good culture from management down, good pay, large enough company always room to move around and to climb up

Cons

Publicly traded and board couldn't seem to decide on leadership which meant constant change and different directions they struggled also with rollout of new technology services

Cons

Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
