      Pros

      They provide a place to work.

      Cons

      I was told that all jobs had to be visible on their app and then I gotta call saying that they didn't have the job appear on the app but that they had arranged a ride to a job 2 hours away with some guy I'd never met and the whole thing was sketchy. I stopped working there after that.

      Pros

      People there are fantastic. At the time I was there, C Suite was focused on growth and changing to a "Service Center" model, since discarded.

      Clients & Branch start reaching out at 5:00 am & many nights won't stop till after 10:00 pm

      This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

      Cons

      Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
