Terrible management and decision making. Top heavy and the changes are sudden, often, and constant. No value of workers opinions you know the ones who actually do the job.

People there are fantastic. At the time I was there, C Suite was focused on growth and changing to a "Service Center" model, since discarded.

Clients & Branch start reaching out at 5:00 am & many nights won't stop till after 10:00 pm
