      Pros

      My team was incredible! Our immediate leadership was wonderful to work with. Work/life balance was great! I worked remotely, and had flexibility when needed.

      Cons

      Too many cooks in the kitchen at the top of the organization. There was a lot of swirl created with leaders trying to stay relevant. Lower pay. Lots of talk about values, but executives are mute on current affairs.

      Pros

      This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

      Cons

      Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
