Pros

Supportive team within the regions.

Cons

No remote options at a branch level, even in emergent situations. Turnover is high due to too much work for the amount of staff. Bonuses are floated as options and then never mentioned again, regardless of additional work given. Micromanagement is in full force. Health insurance is expensive and also terrible coverage. PEOPLEReady does not care about people, whether their regular staff nor their associates on site.

Pros

This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

Cons

Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
