A lot of turn over at the Corporate level. Company has lost a lot of good people. Talk a lot about a great culture but isn't that great anymore.

This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

Cons

Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
