      Pros

      You can find projects fairly easy but most are tiny values and if you deduct PPH fees you end up working for nothing.

      Cons

      They take 20% + in fees then bank fees and currency conversion rate so, not worth it

      You can bid to clients on how much they can pay you and you can even customize your services to Aquire profit and gain repeat business.

      Cons

      Seasonally, there are orders that clients bid the most to which they wanted.
