Pros

They are a well-known temp service with many excellent companies as clients. They are friendly and helpful. They try to understand you as a person, not only your skills and experience. They look for jobs that fit you as a person and not only a position. They provide many opportunities to choose from, unlike most temp services that only send you jobs with a certain job title from your previous positions.

Cons

Sometimes their policies are sort of confusing. They don't tell you all of their rules when you speak with them. The only references for some of their rules are at the bottom of the timesheet which is a rough copy and difficult to read.

Pros

No Pros for this worst payroll company

Cons

I joined through them expecting professionalism, clear communication, and timely salary payments. What I received instead was complete mismanagement, lack of accountability, and ongoing mental stress caused by their failure to handle even basic payroll responsibilities. Despite working weekends, holidays, and shifts that should qualify for shift allowance, there is no proper breakdown, no transparency, and zero willingness to provide clarity. None of these policies were mentioned in the offer letter. And when I tried to raise concerns, Kavitha from their team consistently deflected responsibility, disconnected calls, and failed to provide answers. When my husband stepped in to help follow up—because I was tired of being ignored—I was questioned instead of being supported. Kavitha and the team kept blaming the client (Zensar) for everything instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue. Even when their own manager advised me to reach out for clarity, I was told to call back later with no real resolution. This is not how professional payroll or people operations should work. Employees are not asking for favors—we are asking for what we have rightfully earned.
