Pros

In the beginning, People lift seemed like a company that I could grow and learn with. The CEO's appeared to be nice and caring people but that changed as time went on and their true colors were revealed.

Cons

First things first, this company can be all over the place at times, especially since it is a start up. Second, I believe that if you have a majority of your company dependent on one business partner, that is a failed company. I would also add that leadership has no clear vision of the future for where they want the company to go. It also would not surprise me if they made some of the current employees wrote those fake 5 star reviews.... Do not even get me started on the pay...

Thank you for this feedback. While it is disappointing to hear this, we take every comment seriously and I welcome an opportunity to share the changes we've implemented to address starting pay(we are above market currently), workloads(we've shift our delivery model to have a much more responsive leadership team) and adhering to our values as a company to do everything 'because we care'. If you feel that you have other comments to share, I would welcome the opportunity to connect and further share how we are learning from the clear growing pains we experienced. Be well!

Pros

Team and Leadership make you feel part of the team from the first time. They want all employees to balance work and life (even if you are working from home), providing benefits such as flextime, 4-day work weeks, and PTO, to mention a few. They were always there for me, and for that, Im grateful.

Cons

Remote working is not for everyone. It would help if you were committed to putting in the effort and making sure that your numbers are what is expected for your role.
