Everyone is willing to pitch in and it fosters a strong sense of community. - Company is a very stable start up with fantastic roots. PeopleDoc is recognized as a pioneer and leader in the HR SaaS space, which resonates with clients (and helps make us sticky).

- As others have said, there are growing pains from accelerating at such a rapid clip. - The team is Global, which can be difficult for individuals not accustomed to working around time differences and language barriers (that being said, many on the team come from global enterprises and have no problem managing this).

I Love My Job! Working for a start-up you know that everything you do has an impact and can be the foundation for processes that will carry into the future. My manager allows me a tremendous amount of autonomy, while still being there to coach, support, and encourage. He is extremely fair and transparent. I am very grateful that he works with us to create SMART goals, which we review on a regular basis and then are expected to achieve. I can’t think of a more effective and productive way to conduct business. I have been allowed a tremendous amount of flexibility in work schedule and I feel very appreciated. Honestly, I pinch myself to be able to have such an opportunity! The people of PeopleDoc make an impressive group; they are smart, talented, dedicated and they are NICE! Upper Management is hands-on, they are there to help and encourage. I find both founders to be extremely kind as people and as managers.

I can’t think of any cons to working for PeopleDoc. So far, any challenge has really been a reason to get up and go to work.
