They used to lie anything and everything during the hiring process. The company doesn't value the talent at all. you will feel special for the initial period, then they will start behaving like you are a slave. Don't value the right talent as they ask for a reasonable salary. Give preference to the candidate with less skill who ready to work on the low pay scale. You will end up spending 12-15 hours at work be it home or office. One of the worst work culture you will ever see. Management pinpoints your fault but doesn't provide any support to remove the roadblocks. There are so many good talents who want to leave the company and are looking for the right opportunity to get out of this pathetic place. Human resource is a total mess in this company, No good managers in the technical team, or leaders who can understand your query. They will ask you for one to one meeting with the management and will give you assurance to solve. But trust me till now they have not resolved a single issue. They always give the useless and big speech but never deliver. As they know everything about their company they even stop the performance incentives for the year. They don't know that they have already touched the pain point of the employees. They always wanted to show their importance to others.
