Pros

There are some dedicated individuals, both civilian and ex-military who work for PTP.

Cons

This is a “technology” company that has an ephemeral grasp on the technology that is the backbone to their entire endeavor. At best. Any shortcut or penny saving scheme is embraced by management, while fully understanding the ramifications of their decisions should this strategy catch up with them. Documentation? Long range IT plan? Risk assessment process? Don’t expect to find those here. The CEO once exclaimed to me "I want to be a billionaire" which is admirable except it seems to be his overarching concern. The process to achieve a well-known technical certification was primarily a checkbox exercise, with half those boxes being checked without the underlying proficiency having been met. I witnessed a disturbing lack of integrity while employed at PTP, which should not have surprised me seeing as they have been found guilty in the past of fraudulently billing hours on a federal contract. Google it. My immediate supervisor had nothing nice to say about the previous persons in my position, even though he made the hiring decision. He also divulged he would do things like disconnect remote users or otherwise sabotage people under his own direct supervision if he was “annoyed” with them. I could go on, but hopefully you get the picture.

Pros

I have been employed by PTP LLC for going on 5 years. I served in active duty and have worked for multiple Fortune 100 companies prior to joining PTP and I will say that the work environment and company culture at PTP LLC has been exceptional. The Owner/CEO Victor Buonamia, and the Executive team has a strong people-first approach, and it shows by the way they interact with and treat their employees. Everyone is professional, respectful, and supportive in your career progression. PTP has been very good to me and my family and are always looking for ways to increase morale and promote a family culture. 5 stars from me,

Cons

I don't have any cons to report.

Pros

Nothing much positive to say about them

Cons

PTP has terrible HR. They treat employees like objects.
