Pros

Except for learning new technologies, there is nothing to talk about this company.

Cons

For Existing/New Employees: 1) The company provides old laptops with damaged screens or missing buttons. To receive a new laptop, CEO approval is necessary. 2) CEO determines whether appraisal hikes are granted. 3) The "Welcome kit" consists of a bag and a bottle, nothing more. 4) The company enforces mandatory office attendance with no WFH policy. 5) The CEO holds authority over everything, from office supplies to hiring. 6) HR's role is nominal, with the CEO making decisions on hiring, offers, and terminations. 7) There are no company-wide meetings to discuss profits or revenue. 8) Office celebrations for events like Independence Day, Republic Day, Diwali, Dusshera, etc., do not occur. 9) Team outings and team lunches are not part of the company culture. 10) During Diwali, you'll receive a ₹499 Amazon Voucher. 11) The company does not offer awards or recognition for high-performing employees. 12) The CEO closely monitors sprints and requests updates, creating a potentially toxic environment. 13) Completing a certification during the year is at your expense, with reimbursement after passing, following HR follow-ups. Failing requires reapplication. 14) Delayed certification completion may affect your appraisals. Regarding the Onsite Opportunity for Canada/U.S./Costa Rica: 1) Candidates are hired at the same salary as their previous job, with no increment. 2) Initially, candidates must wait for at least 2 months from joining before initiating the visa process. 3) Candidates work on internal/client projects and demonstrate performance to their manager/CEO. Meanwhile, HR Recruiter from Canada will take up your CV along with the job code that matches your CV and passport copy and will sent it to the attorney to file for LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) which is an initial step for Canadian Work Permit Visa. 4) For Canadian Work Permit Visa, the LMIA needs to get approved by the embassy. The LMIA process takes about a month if all goes well. 5) Once LMIA is approved, candidates complete forms and document submission. 6) Biometrics are completed in the 4th month. 7) Medical tests in affiliated hospitals recommended by the Canadian embassy are in the 5th month, with expenses borne by the candidate. 8) Visa stamping is in the 6th month. 9) Candidates cannot travel until their knowledge transfer of the project is done. 10) Knowledge transfer and hiring new candidates are the candidate's responsibilities which is a horrible thing and doesn't make sense. 11) If any candidate gets selected, then you have to wait for that particular candidate till he joins. If he doesn't join, then again you have to take the interviews and select a candidate till he joins. This cycle will repeat till an ideal candidate joins the company. 12) Imagine that if he joins then you need to create a plan of your KT that you are going to provide. Based on you KT plan, you need to provide the KT which will take at least 1 month till he understands everything. 13) Once the KT is completed, then you need to inform the manager about it. Now, it depends on the manager when he is going to inform to the client. You have to constantly follow up with him reminding him to send out an email to the client. 14) Suppose the manager has sent out an email to the client, then the client will decide whether to hire the new candidate or not by having a 1-1 interview with him. If the client rejects the candidate based on the interview, then again you have to start from the beginning to find an ideal candidate which will be your replacement. On the other hand, if the client approves the candidate based on the interview, then you have to wait for at least 1 month till the new candidate is having all the access related to the applications and is comfortable working in the project. 15) Then you need to wait for CEO approval as the CEO is the one who will decide when you will be flying to Canada. 16) Once the CEO approves it, then the HR recruiter will let you know the offer/salary which you will be getting in Canada. 17) Salary details for Canada opportunities are standardized at 85K CAD, regardless of experience. 18) Given my experience, I devoted 6 months to Visa Processing and a full year to knowledge transfer, only to find that the company offered a fixed salary of 85K CAD, irrespective of experience. Consequently, I had no choice but to decline the offer and seek opportunities with another company.
