      flexible schedule clients are nice pay was good

      Cons

      there is a lot of drama at this company. people play favorites (including management) and are never reprimanded for it. i personally think that HR must have favorites as well if all people get are a slap on the wrist

      Pros

      Kind people who legitimately believe in their mission. They did their best to accommodate issues and help their employees and the individuals they serve.

      Cons

      Supporting people with mental health issues is always going to be a crappy job with low pay, that's just the way it is. They could've been more organized at times, but honestly I get it.
