Where do I start from.......... 1. Lack of trust 2. No value for performance; what's valued is how big a gossip monger you are and if you can act as a spy to the MD 3. No empowerment to the location leadership team or 2nd levels. What matters is whether you are an "Yes" man or not. 4. No incentive/ bonus to high performers.....all money to MD's pocket! 5. Strategy is being made by some foolish support function folks who are nowhere close to become consultants 6. Client is not valued; whats valued is their cheque! 7. By name, we are People Business and hardly we value our people. Any new joiner is Gift of God to PB...and anyone who is contemplating for an alternate career is the biggest Devil you can ever come across! And moreover, overnight moral/ ethical cases crop up! What a coincidence!
