The community and individual departmental teams are welcoming and always delivering a smile. Leader, supervisors, and engineers are understanding and focused and really appreciate each team member's presence. Our role is to provide quality expertise to products that will be used in patient lives and ensure the company's brand is held to the utmost standard. Workers here have laughs and giggles here and there, but the genuineness in work ethic is apparent in most (if not all) hires. Cons
Some of the scheduling and time management systems seem to need work to improve process efficiency. There is a good amount of cliquey-ness, as expected when entering a corporate environment. Compensation may be on the lesser end when considering the geographical area the company is located.
