Pros
I really am thankful I fell into my role on the quality team at Penumbra! This is a great place to work, and though I wish there was more opportunity to learn/more ways to develop as an employee, I am thankful for this place.
Cons
Like I said above, I think the opportunity to grow in hard/transferable skills is limited. It is pretty hierarchical, and hard to move around.
