Guidance - Anonymous employee Penumbra Employee Review

HR team is by far unprofessional, different answers amongst their own team. I got all majority answer from the orientation team; who is not ran by HR but by production. Probably why they are productive. All engineering groups work well together but not always up to try out something new for change. I often wonder how certain supervisors Internally got promoted, but then again a lot of these promotions in production and qc supervisors are usually because some one is related to certain directors or managers.
