      Pros

      Pay is pretty good but limited opportunity to make commission in sales. Some autonomy but limited.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation or serious process to improve. Cross the line between confidence and arrogance. Product is not adequate for any prospect about smb. No feedback loop, it goes into a black hole. This goess pretty much across all departments. Optics are infinitely more important than actual substance. If you like micromanagement this is the place for you. Immature processes in place and limited understanding of how or why to implement process for efficiency.

      Pros

      Great people and strong culture overall. I’ve had the chance to work with smart, supportive teammates who genuinely care about helping each other succeed. The company is growing quickly, which creates a lot of opportunity to learn and take on new challenges. Leadership is transparent compared to many companies, and there’s a strong focus on innovation and staying ahead in the cybersecurity space.

      Cons

      Like many fast-growing companies, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving. Things can move fast, which may not be for everyone, but it’s also part of what keeps the work interesting.

      Pentera is a great place to work - The team is engaging and supportive. Leadership invests in employees and creating opportunities for development. The technology and trajectory of the company is exciting & I can't wait to see what we can accomplish next!
